Registration opens: Resolution Run 5k

Resolution Run 5k is January 3. Start your New Year’s Resolutions early and join SRD for the 10th Annual Resolution Run 5k on Saturday, January 3rd at 10 a.m. The race starts and ends at the Sheridan Recreation District Office, 1579 Thorne-Rider Park. Pre-register for $10 at sheridanrecreation.com or register on race day at 9:30 a.m. for $15. There will be a prize raffle after the race with prizes from PurEnergy Fitness to keep your New Year’s fitness goals going strong. Sheridan Memorial Hospital Primary Care

Motherhood is better with support. 💗🤱 Join us on the first and second Monday of each month from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the SMH Primary Care Community Conference Room for our free facilitated peer group, Moms Supporting Moms. This is a welcoming space where moms can have real conversations, gain helpful resources and receive encouragement from other moms who understand the joys — and challenges — of this season of life. Each gathering is led by a primary care provider, with guest speakers joining many sessions to answer questions, share their expertise and offer support.
